A personal project from 2008–2009, exploring what happens when graphic design meets laser technology.
Typography is usually a discipline of surfaces — of ink, screen, print. This project asked what a letterform becomes when it is cut, engraved, made physical. The result was a series of pieces that treated type not as a communication tool, but as an object with weight, edge, and shadow.
